My friends and I did the #7DayBookChallenge in July with mixed results. The mix was mostly from me. We decided to do this during Independence Day week. I forgot that I enjoy all the beverages to celebrate.

Oddly enough it hits differently in your 40s than in your 20s. The recovery period takes a bit longer.
